Keydates to remember:

  • Deadline for authors registration: 15 May 2025

  • Early bird registration deadline: 15 June 2025

Important:

  • Congress registration fees vary according to the economic level of participants' countries of origin, using the classification established by the World Bank Classification

  • Registration as a FFP member means that you are up to date with your membership fee at the time of registration for the congress (a proof of eligibility will be requested). For more information, please check the FFP website

  • Registration as a French professional means that you belong to one of the families of the Valhor interprofession, or that you are a member of an FFP partner association (list coming soon).

  • Upon presentation of proof of student status at the time of registration for the congress to be uploaded at the time of registration

Full congress registration fees include:

  • Access to all sessions (including plenary, keynotes and posters)

  • Book of abstracts (electronic)

  • Conference proceedings (electronic)

  • The welcome reception on Wednesday 10 September in the late afternoon

  • The networking event on Thursday 11 September in the late afternoon

  • Lunches on Thursday and Friday

  • The coffee breaks throughout the congress

  • Professional visit (according to availability)

Day registration fees (for French participants only) include:

  • The day registration fees include the same benefits as the full congress registration fees.

  • However, participation in social events and lunches is limited to the chosen registration day.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • Payments must be made in euros.

  • Payments by credit card, bank transfer and purchase order are accepted.

  • Bank transfers and purchase orders are accepted until 20 August 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the registration department, by e-mail: registration@ifla2025.com
 with the bank account details to which any refund may be made.

  • Refunds are available for cancellations received before 20 August 2025, with a deduction of 100 euros for administration costs. After this date, registration fees will no longer be refunded.

  • No reimbursement will be made if the participant fails to attend the Congress or leaves prematurely.

GALA DINNER

The gala dinner is subject to a separate registration fee of 120 euros.

Number of seats is limited.
