K.I.T. Group France Association & Conference Management, mandated by La Fédération Française du Paysage for the management of registration during IFLA2025 (61 st IFLA World Congress 2025) which will take place from 10 to 12 September 2025 in Nantes, France, undertakes to protect your personal data and guarantees it in accordance with the applicable legislation. The use of this website or service involves the collection, recording, and use of information about you. The collection, processing (including data storage, changes, transmission, blocking, and deletion), and use of all personal data of Congress participants that are entered during registration is carried out in compliance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data. DATA COLLECTED

Registration via REACT, When registering, you are asked to fill in the online form and provide the following information: name, address, e-mail, telephone number, and your booking preferences. This information is essential for the proper execution of the reservation (in particular for sending the reservation confirmation). Payment data (bank details, credit card numbers) will also be requested. In addition, statistical data may be saved. Bank data security All bank details will be treated and stored confidentially and in accordance with the security standards applicable to remote payments. In order to guarantee and protect the data you have transmitted to us; the information is transferred by means of a secure server that encrypts all your personal data and your credit card data. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Transport Layer Security (TLS)". Our TLS certificate has been issued by UTN - usertrust.com. In addition, technical and personnel security procedures have been put in place to limit access to and use of personal data. Only authorized employees may access it in the course of their duties related to our services. Our server and network are protected by firewalls, and we have implemented an alarm system that detects and manages intrusions and/or abuse of our server. Your credit card details will be stored by K.I.T. Group France for a maximum period of three months after the date of the Congress for the management of any complaints. Automatic recording of technical data When using this website, a series of technical data is automatically recorded, including but not limited to information on the operating system, the type and version of the browser used, the URL and IP address, and the time of connection to the site. This data is recorded and deleted within a maximum of 12 months. The use of certain services may sometimes require the acceptance of cookies. These are text files that may contain your access data (login) and enable you to log in automatically to the system and use more extensive functions. We only place technical cookies which are intended to facilitate your navigation. You can configure the use of cookies yourself in your browser settings; you can also delete them.

The data collected by K.I.T. Group France is not transferred outside Europe.

Data retention

All information is collected, stored, processed, and deleted in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
